What Peace Children's Home Does

Peace Children's Home (PCH) is working tirelessly to ensure the children entrusted to our care have a safe place to live, sufficient food and clothing, receive an education and most importanly learn about beginning and maintaining a relationship with Jesus.

PCH currently consists of three properties as well as a set of apartments for those that have completed school and are now in a transition phase. On two acres, the main campus hosts the orphanage, along with pigs, chickens and lots of garden space. The second location houses a dairy farm, a fish pond, pigs and over 2000 chickens. The items at these two locations are raised and sold to support the children and young adults in our care. The third location is a rice field used to feed the children.

The orphanage is currently home to over 100 children with capacity to accommodate many more children. The apartments currently house nearly 15 young adults who have completed school and are transitioning out of the orphanage and into the next phase of life, either attending college or working a job. These apartments allow for the continuation of some of the the support they were

afforded while living at the orphanage.

Breaking the cycle of poverty in a region that has upper class and lower class and nothing in between is not an easy task. Being self-supporting is the key to the overall success of Peace Children's Home and the future of the children of Myanmar.  PCH is laying the foundation with several long term projects.

House of Hope Project

PCH is actively working to purchase the building that we currently rent apartments in.  In addition to apartments for your adults, plans for this building include hosting businesses (convenience store and tea shop) as well as an urban church including minister quarters. Further details can be found below.

Education to Entrepreneurship

PCH would like to create self-sustaining opportunities for the children as they grow up.  These opportunities would teach them a skill along with how to run a business associated with that skill. This would then in turn allow them to create their own businesses allowing them to become self-sufficient. Further details can be found below.

New Orphanages or Church Plant

As the children of PCH grow up they are learning who they are and what they want to do with their lives.  Some of these children will feel lead to heed the call to serve.  PCH would like to help these children start orphanages or to start their own church, whichever they are called to do. Further details can be found below.
